How AI-created assets get a permanent public page

Every AI-created asset gets one permanent, canonical, citable page at /a/{content_hash}, where the content hash is the sha256 of the asset. The page aggregates every record published about the asset across its versions (the revision history), its lineage up and downstream, its errata stream, and the current judge version.

To create one, a publisher signs a record and POSTs it through the single public front door. The registry validates the schema, verifies the signature against the publisher's registered key, checks that the digest equals the hash of the body, and appends it. The asset page then exists forever: append-only, never deleted or reordered. Takedowns are sealing, never deletion.

The page is the citation target; the individual records are the evidence. Both are served as HTML, JSON, or markdown from the same URL.
